California's Prop 28 sends arts funding directly to every public school based on enrollment. Under EC §8820, up to 20% of each school's allocation must go to outside vendors — that budget exists specifically for programs like Draw Pillows. No separate application. Just a purchase order.

Draw Pillows is an approved CCSPP vendor. Community schools can contract with us directly from their existing allocation — supporting all four CCSPP pillars including family engagement and SEL. No new application required.

Federal ESSA Title IV-A funds flow to districts annually for well-rounded education. Visual arts is explicitly named as a qualifying subject. Districts use their existing federal allocation — no separate grant needed.
